Private Card Limited
You can delete your Private Card account and the personal information linked to it at any time. You do not need the app to make a request on this page.
Delete in the app
Open Private Card and go to Settings > Delete account, then follow the steps to confirm. Your account closes straight away.
Request deletion without the app
Email admin@private-card.com from the email address on your account with the subject Account deletion request. Include your full name. We may contact you to confirm it is you before we delete anything. We act on verified requests within one month and usually much sooner.
What happens when your account is deleted
- Your account closes and your membership card and Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass stop working.
- Any Hearts or Favours you have not used are cancelled.
- Within 30 days we delete or irreversibly anonymise your profile, photograph, allergy information, messages, uploaded files and reservation history.
- We ask the restaurants that received your reservation details to delete what they no longer need.
- Deleted information drops out of our encrypted backups within 35 days.
What we keep, and why

We restrict these records to the reason we keep them and delete them at the end of the period.
Delete some data but keep your account
You can remove your allergy information and profile photo yourself in the app. For anything else, email admin@private-card.com and tell us what you would like deleted.
